Use of this website
This website is provided for information purposes. Content may change without notice, and nothing here constitutes a binding offer until confirmed in a signed proposal or agreement.
Quotes and proposals
Quotes are based on the scope described at the time of enquiry. Changes to scope, deliverable count or timeline may change the price; any change is confirmed in writing before work continues.
Payment terms
Unless stated otherwise in your proposal, projects begin on receipt of an agreed deposit, with remaining amounts invoiced at defined milestones or on completion. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Revisions and approvals
Each engagement specifies the number of revision rounds included. Approvals are recorded in writing, and additional rounds beyond scope are quoted separately.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to you, including source files where specified. We retain rights to unused concepts and to our own underlying tools, frameworks and processes.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for supplying content, brand material, access credentials and timely feedback. Delays in these may affect agreed timelines.
Portfolio rights
We may reference completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing. Confidential projects are excluded on request.
Warranties and liability
Services are delivered with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Cancellation
Either party may end an engagement in writing. Work completed and costs committed up to the termination date remain payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
